Food and agriculture education is a hands-on experiential learning approach that emphasizes “learning by doing.” Through on-site participation in live broadcasts, we delve into schools and indigenous communities, following young farmers and elders to explore local ingredients. Participants engage in the full process of agricultural production, from harvesting and processing to cooking, gaining a deeper understanding of food sources, improving their ability to make informed food choices, and fostering healthy eating habits.

Additionally, we invite guests who have returned to their hometowns to start businesses, those revitalizing traditional family-run stores, and innovators in indigenous cuisine to share their insights. Through these conversations, we aim to help listeners appreciate the true essence of food, promote the concept of locally sourced ingredients, and uphold regional culinary traditions. From farm to table, from soil to plate, we encourage reflections on the relationship between humans and food.
