本集節目將從『社會情緒學習』(SEL)五大核心能力的「自我覺察」(Self-Awareness)以及「自我管理」(Self-Management)出發 - 透過3本英語繪本、3首英文歌曲、2句英文SEL金句,以及分別給予孩子和爸爸媽媽的陪伴句 - 協助聽眾瞭解「難過的時候怎麼辦?」、「如何辨識悲傷的情緒?」,以及「陪伴」的藝術。
This episode will focus on two of the five core competencies of Social Emotional Learning (SEL): Self-Awareness and Self-Management. Through three English picture books, three English songs, two SEL quotes in English, and supportive phrases tailored for both children and parents, we will help listeners explore: “What can we do when we feel sad?”, “How can we recognize the emotion of sadness?”, and “the art of companionship.”
