Hope:

Joey:

Battle? 你是說準備好好搏鬥一番嗎?

Hope:

Hope:

Hope:

Joey:

Hope:

This morning, the news says Americans still rush into malls like they are auditioning for an action movie.

The doors open and—BOOM—everyone squeezes in at once.

Joey:

It’s like if they are one minute late, they will lose the deal.

Hope:

Exactly. It is the same here in Taiwan.

Joey:

Hope:

Right, the wholesaler offers really huge discounts on almost everything.

Joey:

Yes, from TVs, air fryers, salmon, shampoo, clothing items, you name it.

Hope:

That sounds crazy, doesn’t it?

Joey:

A little bit. I think 理性購物還是必要的.

Hope:

Totally agree. Everyone should stay rational.

No discount is worth losing an arm or getting run over by a hundred people only because they are chasing cheap toilet paper.

Joey:

Hope:
