Hey, Joey, have you noticed that, recently, people like having barbecue outside their houses

with friends or families even if it is not the Mid-Autumn Festival anymore?

Joey:

Yes. I guess it is because it is a very fun activity to do after work and on weekends.

You see you can not only eat delicious meals but also gather together with friends and families. It’s a great fun.

Hope:

Hmm…I agree. So, what do you need to prepare for the barbecue?

Joey:

Well, first of all, there must be a good 烤肉爐 and烤肉架。

Hope:

烤肉爐 is barbecue grill and烤肉架 is barbecue rack.

Joey:

Barbecue grill and barbecue rack. And we also prepare 竹籤for the ingredient we prepare.

Hope:

Vegan barbecue? 烤素食材嗎? Yes, it sounds healthy. They uaually have 杏鮑菇 and 金針菇 to grill

杏鮑菇 is oyster mushroom and 金針菇 is golden needle mushroom.
