3. pull over 靠邊停車
當講到靠邊停車，通常我們會想到「Stop your car along the road」但是這樣就翻譯得太直接了。如果只說「Stop your car」聽的人可能只會馬上停車，但不是把車子停到路邊。
➡️ I think the car is having some problems now. Let me pull over
and check.
(我想車子現在可能出現一些問題, 讓我靠邊停車檢查一下)
4. think over 仔細考慮
這裡的over就跟前面「look over」的over意思完全不同，「look over」只是大略看過，而「think over」卻是仔細的去想。
➡️ We are talking about spending a lot of money here. You should
think it over.
(我們現在講的可是大筆花費。你應該先好好思考再做決定。)

相信大家對「I Love Rock-n-Roll 」這首經典歌曲一定不陌生, 但今天要介紹的歌曲, 就是由相同主唱 Joan Jett 組成的 The Blackhearts 樂團所演唱的「I hate myself for loving you」。
這首歌曲是在90年代初期難得一見的搖滾代表作之一, 在充斥著男性天下的搖滾世代, 極少有女性歌手可以唱出如此熱血沸騰的歌曲。據說這首歌曲在八九十年代的Pub和夜店裡被熱播到爆, 每每現場演唱也得到台下觀眾熱情的回應, 甚至大聲地跟著唱:「I hate myself for loving you」。
Jett 有「搖滾皇后」的封號, 後來也被眾人稱作女版的 Michael Jackson。
