歌名：Hotel California (加州旅館) 原唱：老鷹合唱團 Eagles發行：1976年
今天介紹的歌曲「Hotel California」是堪稱美國70年代的搖滾天團老鷹合唱團 (Eagles) 的作品。Eagles 創作過很多首經典歌曲，最富盛名的代表作品，就是「Hotel California」。當年收錄了這首歌曲的專輯，在美國創下了非常棒的成績。雖然Eagles在1980年解散，但是後來在1994年又再度合體出了新專輯。
「Hotel California」的歌詞，在字面上翻譯起來感覺像是一個恐怖故事，但事實上是反映出當時的美國文化。像是汽車旅館、酒精、搖滾、舞蹈，甚至是吸毒等等問題，希望藉由隱喻的方式，來矯正社會風氣的敗壞。
