在台灣，外籍移工是重要勞動人力，根據勞動部資料統計，2023年累計已超過72萬人；這群臺灣社福、產業界不可或缺的人力，容易因為文字語音、文化差異造成的困難與危難；本國勞工若工作受挫、失業，還有家可回，身處異國的移工萬一失業，將面臨無家可歸，甚至發生外籍移工尋短憾事。
本集邀訪位於桃園的非營利組織「群眾服務協會」創辦人杜光宇，談該協會成立的「移工安置中心」，挺身協助外籍移工被虐、性侵、生病、生產……等等困境，將成為外籍移工朋友的避風港……
