(Ⅰ). In line with the government`s advocacy of bilingual education; the Executive Yuan issued the 2030 National Development Blueprint for Bilinguals, hoping to improve the English proficiency of the people and cultivate their ability to communicate with the world.

(Ⅱ). Incorporate bilingual content in a lively and life-like approach to create an English learning environment, allowing students to learn English through simple conversations, thereby activating aging of skill sets and strengthening soft skill; share domestic and international cultural and life information and anecdotes to broaden the international perspective, English proficiency and amusement of senior audiences in life.

(Ⅲ). Strengthening the motivation and interest of grandparents in learning English: English teaching is divided into different levels and proceeds step by step from basic, medium, medium to high and advance levels, so as to gradually encourage the elderly listeners to speak English. Generally, the elderly (grandparents) have nonstrong motivation and lack of interest in learning languages, especially English. As society becomes more informative year by year, the children, grandchildren and grandchildren have already established a foundation in language. In order to strengthen the interaction within family and communication skills with relatives and friends, through our air broadcasting, the methods by simple English teaching and conversation to make speaking English a part of daily life simply so that listeners and senior friends can learn English naturally. We can let the senior listeners speak English by interactive teaching and practicing and each other can easily understand, and be willing to speak thus enhancing English learning ability.

(IV). Grandpa and Grandma Learn English: We invite professional English teachers to cooperate with the program host to implement on-air English teaching. In an easy-to-understand way, using basic vocabulary, simple conversations, and example sentences to teach grandpa and grandma to learn English happily. Mandarin and Taiwanese together with English are in line with the government's advocacy of bilingual education. The accumulated teaching experience over the years and the response of the conversations in the program have effectiveness as achievements.
