Changhua Substation
The Changhua Substation is located at the foot of the scenic Pakua Mountain, and was officially put into operation in 1984. The Changhua Substation has always prided itself as a specialized educational radio broadcaster. With the generous support and genuine concern from society at large as and the education circles, the Changhua Substation has grown healthy and strong, with its radio service now covering Hsinchu City, Miaoli County, Taichung City and County, Changhua County, and Nantou County, and Yunlin County.
As a professional education radio, Changhua Substation mainly produces programs that highlight educational information, cultural content, knowledge dissemination, and news reporting. In addition to airing synchronized Headquarters programs daily, it broadcasts at least eight hours of community programs per day that include such contents as rural culture, hygiene and healthcare, arts and cultural events, life information etc.
